Property Department Assistant

As an award-winning legal firm employing 70 people with offices in Inverness, Invergordon, Portree, we are looking to recruit a Property Department Assistant to work at our city centre office in Inverness, joining our busy and progressive Estate Agency Department.

Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and prioritise workloads accordingly. In return, we offer a supportive, sociable and friendly working environment.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in selling houses and previous estate agency experience would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be given.

Salary will be up to £18,000 per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Part Time Cashier/ Accounts Administrator

As an award-winning legal firm employing 70 people with offices in Inverness, Invergordon, Portree, we are looking to recruit a Cashier/ Accounts Administrator to work at our city centre office in Inverness and join our existing Cashroom team. The role will be part time over 3 days per week ( 21 hours) . Ideally the successful candidate will be SOLAS qualified , however, we will consider those with general cash room experience as full training will be given. In return, we offer a supportive, sociable and friendly working environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Salary will be up to £22,000 (pro rata) per annum commensurate with qualifications and experience.
